Tribe Academy – Zero to One Workshop

By purchasing and accessing the Zero to One workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Workshop Details

  • Workshop: Zero to One

  • Format: Live + Recorded (Zoom)

  • Duration: 3 Hours

  • Recording Access: Available for 10 days from the session date

3. Pricing & Payments The workshop is available at a limited-time discounted price of ₹199 (original price ₹2,999). This offer is subject to seat availability and may end without prior notice. Payments are accepted in INR and USD via Razorpay through moon.tribeacademy.in.

4. No Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable. No refund will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been completed.

5. Cancellation by Tribe Academy In the unlikely event that Tribe Academy cancels a session, the workshop will be rescheduled and registered participants will be given access to the new session. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

6. User Eligibility & Conduct Participants must be 17 years of age or older. Users are strictly prohibited from recording the session (audio, video, or screen), sharing access links or login credentials with others, or engaging in any disruptive conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property All workshop content including videos, materials, strategies, and frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Tribe Academy. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content in any form.

8. Community Access Upon registration, participants receive:

  • WhatsApp Channel access - 30 days

  • Elite Channel access - 30 days

  • OG3 Café access - Lifetime

Tribe Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from community spaces for misconduct or violation of community guidelines.

9. Financial & Risk Disclaimer This workshop is strictly for educational purposes only. Tribe Academy does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency and trading carry significant risk, and participants may lose capital. Tribe Academy and its team bear no responsibility for any financial losses incurred. No guarantees of profit, income, or specific outcomes are made.

10. Limitation of Liability Tribe Academy shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, technical issues during sessions, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms including Zoom or Razorpay. Participants engage at their own risk.

11. Marketing & Communication By registering, you agree to receive emails from Tribe Academy and to be added to WhatsApp communication channels. You may opt out at any time.

12. Affiliate & Earnings Disclaimer Tribe Academy may promote third-party platforms (such as exchanges) and may earn referral commissions. This does not influence our educational content. No earnings or financial results are guaranteed.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
